KITES - ‘KOOH Sports Institute of Training and Excellence for Sports Skills’ is the flagship training center for KOOH Sports and aims to provide vocational training to Physical Education Teachers and Sports Coaches.KITES trains you on the 5 key skill sets that make a successful coach:
Core Skills: Within these skills coaches learn about the principles of coaching, their roles and responsibilities, and will improve their communication skills and engagement with young athletes.
Content Based Skills: These skills will enable coaches to understand psychology in sport, the influence of science in sport and its application. Moreover, they will receive in-depth knowledge about sports nutrition.
Sports Management Skills: These mainly deal with the planning and execution of tournaments, the formation of teams, how fixtures are implemented along with systematic training plans.
Generic Skills: These skills will help in the overall grooming of coaches. They will also learn how to efficiently and effectively manage time, conflicts and maintain relationships with others.
Tools and Techniques: This dimension will provide coaches with important knowledge regarding first - aid and technology to make them stand out as compared to a normal coach. Mentoring by technical experts of KOOH Sports will also be provided.

The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)
, the implementing agency for vocational training under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, has accredited the KITES (KOOH Sports Institute of Training & Excellence for Sports Skills) Vocational Training.
Skill India is a campaign launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15 July 2015 with an aim to train over 40 crore people in India in different skills by 2022.
The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship is a Ministry of Government of India to coordinate all skill development efforts across the country. It aims to remove disconnect between demand and supply of skilled manpower, to build the new skills and innovative thinking not only for existing jobs but also jobs that are to be created.
