Sports Coaches

The candidate should assist in developing, delivering and promoting Sport activities within the sports institutions. They will be responsible for developing, executing and managing the sports operations of the chosen sport at each of our partner institutions. In addition to the daily Operations, this role will contribute to the development, administration and execution of the KOOH’s national strategy. Ensuring health and safety practices are implicit in all activities. Vacancies are open across India for Football, Cricket, Athletics and Tennis.

Job Description

Minimum Educational qualification - BPED & a minimum of 12-36 months of proven coaching experience
Experience of working with kids in coaching and community environment
Participation/recognition at district, national or state level in the sport applied for
Preferably completed a coaching programme from a recognized institute
Understanding /Experience of different sports sciences techniques & training methods
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of the safety methods to be deployed during training sessions
Understand coaching ethics and standards, ability to apply them appropriately in all coaching situations
Take a lead in planning, promotion and delivery of Coaching Sessions
Mentor trainee coaches and volunteer coaches
Advising athletes on the training to be conducted, suitable kit and equipment
Provide sports expertise to partner institutions regarding sports development, game operations, game administration, rules & regulations, player personnel, competitive matters and trends

Business Development Manager

The candidate should have significant experience or education in marketing & sales and is an assertive and results driven sales and service delivery manager.

Job Description

Contribute as the business development manager of the company targeting schools and corporate houses
Maintain, identify, develop and create a relationship with partner schools & corporate houses for the programs, products, events and sports content developed by KOOH Sports
Plan, execute organization’s marketing activities across all mediums to achieve agreed targets, standards for existing / new clients
Manage, motivate, assist and work with the coaching staff at each partner institution
Planning and implementation of sales and customer retention and development

Required Skills:

Strong project, event management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple on-going projects
Basic knowledge of Marketing, TV and digital sales, merchandising, sponsorship and communications
Strong and persuasive negotiation skills
A credible communicator, adept at operating at higher management level
Commercially minded and results driven
Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage but not a requisite

Regional Manager

The candidate will have significant experience or education in sales, hiring resource staff, operations and client relationship management and is an assertive and result driven sales and service delivery manager.

Job Description

Contribute as the business development manager of the company targeting schools and corporate houses.

Manage day to day operation activities such as coach reporting, fresh sales visits, existing operational school visits and resolving  coach issues.
Manage and build relationships with local sports and fitness bodies and institutions for hiring and probable academy set ups.
Should be proficient in developing go to market strategy to sell new products and add to organization and self -revenue targets.
Planning and implementation of sales and customer retention and development.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

Should have an understanding of the local and surrounding regions in terms of being able to identify target schools
Sound knowledge of  handling digital technology such as a Tablet
Strong  and  persuasive negotiation skills
A credible communicator, adept at operating at higher management level
Commercially minded and results driven
Experience in sales is a  prerequisite
Strong presentation skills will be an added advantage

Cluster Head

Cluster Head will be responsible to direct and oversee company’s sales and operational activities for a specific cluster (more than 1 state or multiple cities) and to maintain relationships with partner schools & prospective partner schools, clubs, communities and corporate houses for the programs, products, events and sports content developed by KOOH across the cluster.

Job Description

Maintain relationships with local sports and fitness bodies and institutions for hiring and probable academy set-ups.
Give clear directions and lays out work in a well-planned, organized manner; maintains two-way dialogue about work and results   without micro-managing.
Inspire, coach and mentor team members to develop and bring out the best in them.
Volunteer for and accept assignments and responsibilities at a Regional level.
Schedule quarterly meetings with ground staff
Maintain and manage cluster MIS

Programme Manager

Programme Manager will be responsible to work with key stakeholders in an in-school/After School environment and assist in outlining objectives, planning, execution, managing sports operations and reporting on progress status

Job Description:

Administration and facilitation of the programme delivery, managing school duties and functions, coordinating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are being met.
Managing after school hour activities, monitoring coach performance, data collection.
Interacting with parents, answering queries, sports team/ground planning and management.
Prepare dashboards and align formats
Provide inputs for programme improvements
Perform Quality audits and talent information management

Prior Experience:
2 to 5 yrs minimum

Quality and Training Intern

Candidates will be responsible in assisting the curriculum development team in writing content for various sports curriculums using multiple research methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

Liaising with Technical Experts
Creation of assessments for various sports curriculum
Creating activities for sports day & demo’s based on specifications
Creating nutrition workshops, age specific drills for various sports curriculum, equipment mapping etc.
Assisting master trainers in developing training modules & collateral to help facilitate & deliver training to coaches
Updating soft skills training modules used for coaches
Review of coach assessments and report preparation
Preparation and planning of training calendar for coaches
Supporting the quality auditor in assessing schools & coaches through a quality audit mechanism
Audit report preparation using the scoring mechanism of school & coaches
Assisting quality auditor in grading coach and respective reports
